The Cisco Aironet 1562I (AIR-AP1562I-Q-K9) is a member of the Aironet 1560 Series of outdoor and industrial access points. It delivers 802.11ac Wave 2 connectivity using two dual-band radios and integrated internal omnidirectional antennas, simplifying deployment where external antennas are not required. The 5 GHz radio operates with three spatial streams, shifting to 2x2 when powered by 802.3at PoE. The rugged IP67 / NEMA 4X housing withstands harsh outdoor environments across a -40 to 65 C temperature range. The -Q suffix designates the regulatory domain (used for Japan) governing permitted channels and transmit power.
