In a compact 1U form factor it delivers 5.3 Gbps of Threat Defense throughput and 6.1 Gbps of IPS throughput, with 8x 1G RJ45, 2x 1G SFP and 2x 10G SFP+ interfaces. It runs Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) or ASA software, supports up to 600,000 concurrent sessions and 800 VPN peers, and includes 200 GB of flash storage. Managed through FMC or Cisco Defense Orchestrator, it suits small offices and remote branches.
