The Cisco Secure Firewall 3105 (FPR3105-NGFW-K9) is the entry model of the Cisco Secure Firewall 3100 Series, a 1U next-generation firewall appliance for branch, campus edge and internet gateway deployments. It combines eight 1/10G SFP+ interfaces and eight 1G RJ-45 interfaces with purpose-built hardware acceleration for firewall, cryptographic and threat-inspection functions, and can run either ASA or Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) software.
